KARIN PATERSON & JEN CLARK

Songs & Music Session plus Extended Spots by Karin Paterson & Jen Clark:

This session will include 2×20-minute sets from former Club regulars Karin and Jen, making a long-awaited return. Jen, originally from Aberdeen, plays guitar and dulcimer and sings and formerly played with the Battlefield Band before spending many years in Australia, where she has guested at many of their traditional music festivals.

Karin comes from Keith, where she was taught fiddle by the highly respected Hebbie Gray, and has played at many ceilidhs and concerts in the North East over the years

Karin and Jen met at the very first Edinburgh Folk Festival, forming an immediate bond, and their joy at playing together is evident as soon as you hear them.

Admission free but the hat may be passed round towards their expenses.
